Return Policy
Please understand most of the items we sell are limited edition collectibles. Therefore, all sales are final once we ship your order.
In the event your item is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a store credit. It is your responsibility to contact This is Vinyl within 10 days from the date you received the order. Just email us at nick@thisisvinyl.com and we will send you a return authorization number and prepaid postage.
All sales are final, however if you decide to adjust or cancel your order, you need to contact us immediately. Keep in mind most orders are shipped within 36 hours from the date of order.
All returned items must be in their original packaging in order to qualify for an exchange. Returned items damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted.
